ABOUT ME

J.P. Hostetler (Jake) is an award-winning fiction author originally from Lancaster, PA in the United States. An international career has allowed him to live in places like Germany, South Korea, and India - places that have directly impacted his work. He writes about leaving the comfort zone and the vital importance of diversity: of culture, of biology, and of thought. His first published book, a children's picture book titled The Sky Belongs to the Dreamers, is a fable about overcoming self-doubt in the face of great adversity. His most recent project is a young adult fantasy series called Around Curiosity's Edge. Book One, Hidden Meridians, will be released in early 2021 by Black Rose Writing.
